I’m Miss Dominique Odens.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Academic Physics with a minor in Biological Sciences at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2024), and, as a current graduate student in the Data Analytics program at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, I am passionate about sharing my love for the arts and sciences with students to develop their confidence inside and outside of the classroom!

My tutoring experience began in 2018, when I tutored my peers in High School Math and English. Since then, I have tutored in various subjects, ranging from Trigonometry to Calculus, English to Reading Comprehension, and Music Theory at both grade-school and collegiate levels.

I became proficient in online learning during the 2020 pandemic and have since utilized those technological skills to help students virtually, including creating personalized anchor boards, study guides, and cheat sheets that can be shared via the cloud and reinforce their individual learning styles.

I have also completed professional training as a Behavioral Health Technician at Village Behavioral Health in Knoxville, TN, where I implemented various methods and procedures to assist and encourage adolescents with diverse learning and support needs to succeed in their school courses during their inpatient treatment.

I founded Odens Academy to offer affordable, accessible, private learning for everyone.

It is my joy and pleasure to serve students so they can achieve not only their goals but also greatness by redefining their fullest potential.
